THOMAS M. INGERSOLL
Mr. Thomas M. Ingersoll, 68, of the Levering Regional Health Care Facility, Hannibal, Missouri, formerly of 1520 Lew Court, Quincy, went to be with the Lord at 5:52 a.m. Thursday (December 13, 2012) in the Levering Regional Health Care Facility.
Born November 14, 1944 in Quincy, Tom was the son of Guy and Charlotte Fightmaster Ingersoll.
Mr. Ingersoll served his country in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam War. He was a member of Faith Presbyterian Church.
Tom was employed for many years as a computer programer for the Texas Department of Corrections.
Survivors include a son, Marcus Latner of Houston, TX; a brother, Gary Ingersoll (Sonia) of Salt Lake City, UT; a sister, Barbara Ingersoll of San Luis Obispo, CA; two nephews, James Ingersoll of San Marcos, CA and Andrew Ingersoll of Salt Lake City, UT; three nieces, Synira Bowen of Salt Lake City, UT, Ashley Hart of Moscow, ID and Ariel Hart of Los Angeles, CA.
Mr. Ingersoll was preceded in death by his parents.
Graveside services with Military Honors by Payson V.F.W. Post 2061 and the Illinois National Guard Funeral Detail will be held Wednesday (December 19, 2012) at 10:00 in Sunset Cemetery by the Rev. Kevin McGinnis.
Visitation will be Wednesday morning from 9:00 until 9:45 at the Zehender Robinson Stormer Cookson Funeral Home.
